As I have mentioned in some of our posts here on THF, we have a live stream CCTV camera system installed at our most active bow blinds and watering holes.
Here are some of the pictures captured recently.
I will try to keep some fresh pictures coming as time allows.

Waterbuck

Honey Badger

Caracal

Bushpig

a Magnificent Eland bull

a Young Kudu bull and a HUGE Waterbuck bull that will stretch the tape well over 30"

No doubt about it. The Limpopo Province is probably the most game rich area in South Africa with over 50 different species to hunt.

It's Afrikaans name is "Naboom"

Euphorbia ingens also known as the Candelabra tree. It is a family of the Cactus.

It is native to the dry areas of Southern Africa and widely spread throughout the Limpopo Province and Zimbabwe. It has a latex milky sap that can be extremely poisonous and causes irritation to the skin and blindness if it makes contact with the eyes.
However, if used correctly it does have some medical use. The natives even use it to cure cancer in some cases. Sadly, plenty of poachers use the stems to mix with food to kill fish and small animals.

Water is pumped to a central point and from it is distributed to the watering holes by PVC pipes.

It's been a while sine I posted a picture so just to let you guys know; we had some good and bad.
We had some very welcoming rains in the last couple of days, so not much was going on around the waters.

In preparation to our predator and night critter hunts we have started a gut pile next to an old watering hole and blind.
Some really good action has been going on there.

Gut pile

Bushpig and Jackal

Honey Badger

Jackal

Now there is a very good reason why we have these CCTV systems installed at the watering holes, not only to check our game but it really helps to combat poaching.

a Herd of Kudu drinking water and minding their own business

All of a sudden, the herd hear or smell something and they are all concentrating on the bush

Then they see what it is and they all take off.

About 15minutes later I see a poacher dog in the waterhole cooling himself down

Now that was the bad news. More good news.
I have noticed a few really nice trophies in the last few days.
