Spent a few days out bow hunting. Saw 3 nice bucks for our area but felt it was too soon to end my season. The warm temps kept critter movement to a minimum but still managed to have a good time and take out a few pigs.

This is a Boar I am pretty sure I have a long history with. I believe he is one that I first hunted 4-5 years ago that I named "Big White Feet" because of his 4 white feet. He use to have a sister or girlfriend (probably both) that he ran with that I called "Little White Feet" and I took her out years ago. BWF always eluded me though. He is clearly a very old Boar although not a giant so I would bet money its him.

Was out filling feeders and this little gal decided to help me clean up any mess I make. Yall may remember the game cam picture I posted a couple of weeks ago of me and the spike in the back ground but this is at a different feeder. By the time I left there were 3 waiting on me to leave. I know you high fence guys are use to this but I'm not. stir grin

Another decent Boar. Pretty sure this is a Boar that scared the crap out of me when I parked my ATV one day to go hunt. After I parked he busted out of the brush a few yards away and took off. No way to know for sure but it sure looks like him. Used the same arrow and broad head as the other one I shot above. Never found my arrow this time though.

Rattle snakes were moving really good!!!! Dad killed this one near camp and we saw a GIANT near our front gate. Also saw one yesterday on the way back to camp.

Dad with his true black and white Boar he took with his crossbow. You see a lot of tan and blacks and cream and black ones but a true snow white and black one is hard to come by.

It should be. Early in the trip the bucks were starting to but heads a little and yesterday I saw 2 kind of nosing the Does a little. Not really chasing them but for sure checking and lip curling. A week from now should be GOOD!
