 Road across my bottom land.  Buddy's place off HWY 6  Don't have the words on this one.  Pool rose 6" since this morning.

Over 3" since Friday night and still coming down off and on down here. Septic tank on my barn/man cave is starting to send lovely gases back up into the room. Ran water in every pea trap I have. 'Thinking about venting the clean-out that's outside the wall somehow.

Wow!
The heaviest rain stayed just east of us. Checked the rain gauge and not even .25 of an inch. Hope this stops soon for you big brother, and everyone else in the area.
When we finally dry out, were all gonna have to deal with mosquito's the size of an Apache helicopter.

Man, lot of rain in a short period of time again. We had a line build up yesterday and move thru. Same is starting now down south.

Wow. We got hit again on Sunday too, but only a couple more inches. Just isn't any place for the water to go right now. Folks that work outside for a living must be dang near bankrupt with the loss of work days this Spring.

from my house in Royse City/Union Valley area it took my dad 1.5 hrs to get home in Caddo Mills (lives by Ammo Depot off 36). Usually only 7-10 min drive but with all the high water and road closures he had to go to Quinlan to Greenville then 66 to Caddo and back down 36
