Gonna try these new crappie trees I built out and see how they work

They look pretty sweet. Should work great and shouldn't get hung up on them either.

So...where exactly are you going to put those. I would like to do a little "research" on the effectiveness before I build some of my own

We have had decent luck on the pvc "crappie condo's", they last for a long time too. For some reason ours haven't been as productive as Brush and Bamboo, but they do work and we have caught some big slabs off of them. One of our favorite piles is a mix of Bamboo and PVC in 18' of water, but it is all piled around an old fallen tree laying on the bottom too. You will catch some fish off of those no doubt. Get a good gps mark on em, they are hard to see sometimes even with the new side scan / down scan.

yup we had those when I was a kid we called them out houses.

Looks good! I wish our water levels were deep enough to use something like that.

Last ones we put out at night, had a boat with side scan fishing them the next afternoon. But yes, they will work put in the right water
