.....at the National Art Gallery in Washington, D.C. On a quick trip up here and really enjoying all the treasures of our nation's history. My favorite President:
I learned long ago you can't reason someone out of something they don't reason themselves into.

Fabulous place. Was in DC for a Federal Briefing some years ago and one of our party "dragged" me through the door. I was blown away. The next day I slipped off and went back.

All great leaders in our country's history, but as outdoorsman we should forever be grateful to Teddy. He did more than any president to protect the wilderness that is essential to enjoying the pastime that is hunting.

All great leaders in our country's history, but as outdoorsman we should forever be grateful to Teddy. He did more than any president to protect the wilderness that is essential to enjoying the pastime that is hunting. Yes indeed. He had an adventurous life. His story is remarkable. He was a big advocate of wild things and wild spaces, without them being sold off to the highest bidder, which was remarkable for that time. He also created the 'National park system', which millions of people enjoy today... God bless Teddy.
