Gosh, aren't we lucky to have such an intelligent "constitutional" scholar as our Resident Usurper-in-Chief?

I'm surprised he knew Colorado was a US state! hahaha


For those of you who have never traveled to the West or Southwest, cattle
guards are large round steel pipes placed horizontally at fence openings, in
dug-out places in the roads adjacent to highways (sometimes across
highways), to prevent cattle from crossing over that area.
The cattle or horses will not step on the "guards," because they fear
getting their feet caught between the pipes.
{NOTE: from AZ, Truely, it is the hole that frightens the animals not of getting caught in the pipes. Animals walk around holes not over them the reason for the fence on either side of hole and steel pipes for driving over and that the animals can't see the bottom of anyway on with the story.}

A few months ago, President Obama received a report that there were over
100,000 cattle guards in Colorado.
Because Colorado ranchers had protested his proposed changes in grazing
policies, he ordered the Secretary of the Interior to fire half of the
guards immediately.

Before the Interior Secretary could respond and presumably straighten him
out, Vice-President, Joe Biden, intervened with a request that before any
guards were fired, they be given six months of retraining.

When Reagan was President, we had Johnny Cash and Bob Hope; now, with Obama
as "president," we have no hope and no cash!!!

Hang on! It's gonna be a wild ride!!!

Retrain?
Obama considered the retraining proposal, so he summoned the Presidential train and sent it to Colorado to pick up the guards to come to Washington. Then he met with them to explain his plan. Afterwards they boarded the train to return to Colorado. That evening at a press conference, Obama stated that the guards had been successfully "Re-trained"!
