Some interesting changes in the Colorado Big Game hunting brochure.

Just got the brochure in the mail today. Several welcomed and not welcomed changes. Some of the highlights to me:
1) License fee no longer due at the time you submit your application. Cheaper out of pocket expense, but that will correlate to more applying and likely more preference points needed to draw out.
2) Some units with prior “either sex” elk tags are no longer. You now have to decide to apply for a bulk tag or for a cow tag.
3) Can use an in-line muzzleloader now. Still no electronic sights or scopes. No sabots either.
There are other additional changes that are insignificant, at least to me anyways. Nothing life changing honestly.

I thought inlines with those restrictions were allowed years ago.

You very well could be right. I always thought Colorado was Traditional/Primitve only. But I could completely be wrong. Never paid much attention to it til now.
