private sellers out of state, not good idea, unless he is on a forum of some kind that has really good standing and feed back of sold items, even then you are taking a chance

Thanks, Colt .45. The fact that I'm nervous should probably put an end to this. That, and the price is a little too good.

It's not the out of state part, but when the price is a little to good to be true, it smells fishy. I wouldn't do it unless I knew someone who I trusted to lay eyes on it. And it just happens to be in a small town a long way away from most hunters. I'd avoid it.

Family lives in Bend, OR but no way anyone is going there unless they are playing a Texas team. Good luck.
