So...
Tpwd spends untold hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of dollars re-imbursing breeders after slaughtering their deer with no valid reason.... and now they need to offer a "club" to help finance their ignorance??
You go ahead Texas Dan. I have much better ways to spend money.

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

After buying a Super Combo, an APH permit, Public Hunting draw fees, and then paying again after I get drawn, a duck stamp, and the Sporting Goods Sales Tax, I'd say that they have plenty of my money as it is.

X2 X3 I almost forgot my Texas State Parks Pass. Yea, as far as my contributions to conservation, I feel I've paid my share.

This is not a recommendation to join the organization behind the website below, but the information it provides is good to know. You can, however, join the TPWF and know your dollars are being used close to home. IMO, the money we spend on license fees and such most likely covers operating costs at a minimum. Donations beyond that, such as money collected through the TPWF, allows the TPWD to move beyond day-to-day expenses to create a greater and more positive impact on our sport. Answer

Lost any chance of extra cash when they added the freshwater stamp. Said it would be temporary. After the sunset the hen say they can't live without it. Sounds like they didn't put it where it was as supposed to go.

Give me a list of where all the monies they receive are spent. The monies from Licenses, fines, park fees, stamp fees, tpws magazine subscriptions, advertising in their regulations booklet fees, donations to tpws and numerous other fees and costs to hunters and campers. And then if all those monies are actually spent on hunting, camping and employees cost.

Answer That's just plain silly. Tpwd doesn't care one way or the other. They play both sides, they have to. If that's your only reason why then you're failing big time.
