Hello, so as I said am an active duty service member who is currently on a rotation in Korea. But I was really hoping that when I get back home to central Texas in a few months (February-ish) someone might be willing to help me get started and learn more about hunting, as I've never really had a chance to learn in the past, particularly hog and eventually Deer. I've been scouring these forums and the internet as a whole every chance I get but I feel that's only going so far compared to experience and those with it. Thanks.

Send me a message when you get home. I do not have hogs (and do not want any) but I can show you some above average deer hunting..

If you're returning near the Austin area, PM me when you arrive so I can meet you. We can discuss a hog hunt on my lease.

I really appreciate the repilies, I'll be returning to the Ft Hood area in mid to late February but I'm more than willing to bring my truck and rifle out anywhere.

I still have my hopes up about meeting someone who will let a broke Disabled Vet hut for hogs
