Nothing is at risk. This law, if passed, would make future legislation unable to hinder our right to hunt or fish. Which is a good thing in my opinion, but there is absolutely nothing to lose if it doesn't pass. Things will just remain exactly the way they are now.

Its probably more of a statement than anything else. This. Even if it passes, future legislation could always repeal it or modify it; it doesn't cement anything in stone. But I like it and will be voting for it.

But I like it and will be voting for it. Yes but very much more difficult to change since it will be an amendment to the Texas constitution. It's the closest you can get to cementing something in stone. Repealing an amendment is a big deal.
