Would you like to become a Texas Youth Hunting Program (TYHP) Huntmaster? We will train you on every aspect of planning, coordinating and managing safe, educational hunts that will help create and sustain the next generation of hunters. Many THF'ers are involved in TYHP, and they will attest to the fun and fulfillment of working with our program. My son Bob and I will be at the Cleburne Park Training.
This is a Fantastic program. Bob can not wait to get his Huntmaster training.

Very worthwhile program that can always use good people to help carry on our hunting way of life.
I think a lot of times the adults get as much or more out of the hunts as the kids do, even though the hunts are all about the kids.

Guys and Gals,
This was one great weekend. Bob Barnett put on one heck of a training. We had a full house including 4 youth taking the training. The Youth get adventure hunt points for attending the training, and more points for actually being a Hunt Master assistant on a hunt.
As always with these events it comes with lots of knowledge, good food, good fellowship.
What a great organization.
If any one is interested in being a guide, cook, or especially a lead hunt master then be sure to get in on one of the other 6 Training through out the state.

ttt....Just a reminder if anyone is interested in TYHP Huntmaster training. We have two courses coming up in the next few weeks, and space is available! I'll be the Lead Instructor for the one at Mason Mountain WMA, which is a beautiful property. Come join us and help us get more kids involved in hunting! Holler at me if you have any questions.
