Stumbled upon the Black Ranch WMA off of CR 25 outside of West Columbia. A mystery to me. Anyone know anything about it?

Don't think it's a real WMA. There are some Historical Plantation Museums and educational wetlands program land in the area.
Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.

TPWD does not list a Black Ranch WMA. There is a Black Gap WMA though. Its out by Big Bend.

The only WMA's that I know in that area is Nannie Stringfellow WMA and Justin Hurst WMA to the south.

No, they don't list it. There is a big sign up, at the road, and it has TPWD logo on it.

Google maps has street view of CR 25 to the east of West Columbia..
The sign may show up.
