Just blow them off with air compressor up

Unless you want to set them on fire I'd stay away from that. Blowing them out with an airhose like BMD suggested is the best way to get rid of the dust. There are also products on the market like Mount Sheen that you spray on and then wipe off that take of the grime and dust out of the hair and give the coat a nice shiny look. Don't use that on longhaired animals as it will make them look greasy. If your mount is really dirty I would suggest to let a qualified taxidermist or mount restorer handle it.
