With onions, bell peppers, squash, zucchini, and links. This is one of my oldest dishes. My momma cooked it when I was growing up. I added the onions and bell peppers after I left home. I gave my neighbor some new potatoes, onions, and bell peppers a few years ago. He told me about his wife adding Italian sausage. I tried it and liked it. I added the squash a few years ago. It's a great dish for leftovers.

taters and onions do fine by themselves ... I do like links or ground sausage tossed in too.
