http://honestcooking.com/korean-style-duck-bulgogi/

Only have two duck left, so I opted to use one of the geese I still have. We also added one serrano pepper into the puree, give it a little bit more of a kick! We are putting the two breasts and the legs/wings in the fridge for a day. Recipe says to marinate for 1-24hrs, so we are going with the 24hrs! Going to use some brown rice, and got some kimchi from Ranch 99 Market.

Cooking will come tomorrow!

Every time I try a new recipe with some game meat, I am amazed with the taste. This goose, bulgogi style, was not a let down, it was damn delicious!

It was also my first time trying kimchi...and I have to say that stuff was fairly unique, I'm glad I grabbed a small amt to taste at first. When I will do this again, I will just use sautéed onions and peppers...no need for that fancy kimchi.
