Not sure how I made it so far in life without trying this, but a co worker told me to try it and I'm forever thankful.
2 tamales with a fried egg on top and your favorite hot sauce. So simple, so good. I've had it twice this week already.

Yes Sir! I can't just do two though, I like 6 tamales with 3 fried eggs on top. Also, cut the tamales up and scramble with eggs/onions/peppers etc...

Yes Sir! I can't just do two though, I like 6 tamales with 3 fried eggs on top. Also, cut the tamales up and scramble with eggs/onions/peppers etc... Go big or go home.....
