CHILI LIME BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS
INGREDIENTS
4-6 chicken thighs
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. sea salt
a pinch of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place on baking sheet or tray, bake at 375 F for 45 minutes uncovered. The chicken will be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

Looks great! Bet you could do chicken breast the same way!!! Thighs are the way to go....much juicer....breasts are usually too dry for me...
