It came in a vacuum sealed package from Payne like this. I cut off a little piece and gathered my other ingredients. The egg, topped with the cheese goes in the microwave for 30 seconds, then the ham tops it off for another 30 seconds. It slips right out onto my toasted English muffin. It's cooling while I complete this post.

It's the same as a McDonald's egg McMuffin. Canadian bacon is already cut to fit the English muffin. You can make your on Canadian bacon with those boneless pork loins that are on sale monthly.

I made Canadian bacon from boneless loin this year and served it as "ham" for Christmas. I dry cured the loin for about 6 days before smoking. It's delicious fried up as breakfast ham, too.
