Friend gave me some Heart Brand Steaks for Christmas. Been locked up at the ranch house since Wed night with 14 kids and friends. Just poured me a Crown XO and H20. http://www.heartbrandbeef.com

That's a very good friend! I used to buy Wagyu at Whole foods but they quit carrying it. Absolutely the best ribeye I've ever eaten. Just don't cook them too much. With the heavy marbling they cook very fast.

They were very good. I might have cooked them a tad bit too long, but they were tasty. The fat melted perfectly and kept them juicy.
