Prime 1 Sirloins are on sale this week at HEB so I said what the heck let's give it a shot. I seasoned it with the Montana Mex Jalapeno seasoning and finished the steaks with a lime garlic butter.

Oh yeah.
Can you tell a prime sirloin from a regular one? I can't even tell you the last time I had one, so that will be left blank.
