I use the Hi Mountian seasonings and then add shredded Chedder and diced Jalapenos.

I've never used hamburger but...I'm a fan of Old Plantation SS seasoning. I follow directions using 1 bag for 25 lbs of meat BUT I add minced garlic, fresh minced (or diced) jalapenos, and peppercorns (I prefer butchers grind black pepper). Sometimes w/cheese sometimes without, and cold smoke with hickory. Always a hit...
