Fired up the smoker for a cold smoke on some local honey, pecan wood for about 6 hours. Came out a nice amber color with subtle smoky flavor. Did 5 pans, about 3 lbs of honey. Before and after pic of the jarred honey. It should clear up some after settling.

interesting!!! I try smoking all sorts of stuff but never tried honey ... might have to give it a try

Put a shallow layer in some pans and stir it every once in awhile . I'm trying lots of new things in my smoker.
