I have never tasted any kind of ram, but I have read a lot about it (mostly negative).
I L O V E roasted leg of lamb; does this mean that I will probably like ram?

ram is the male form of sheep ... a bit stronger "sheep" flavor than lamb. I'm not overly fond of sheep other than Barbados, ewe or younger, over smoke low & slow.
