I made up some creole sauce and froze it when my tomatoes were in. Payne sent me some venison sausage links. I bought a pound of sea caught shrimp. It all came together for this.  I hate to brag on my own cooking but I suppose that's what this forum is for. It was delicious. I put three diners over rice in the refrigerator.
