Went camping last weekend, and caught a few catfish. Cleaned, rinsed and put in a plastic bag, and a into the fridge. Planned on final cleaning and package for the freezer Sunday evening. Well, I forgot. Opened the fridge this evening and there sits a gallon bag of fillets!! They were caught Saturday, y'all think they are still good? Have not gave them the smell test yet, pretty disgusted with myself.

I would think they are ok, but would rely on the smell test.

Rinse them again and freeze them in a ziplock full of water.
