I call mine food chopper. I use it a lot. It's a B&D. I got it years ago for under $30. I threw all the top stuff away and just use the chopping blade.

Tonight it's Pico de Gallo with a little added shortcut.. I'll dip half the salsa out and add an avacoda for a lumpy guacamole. Here you go.



You classic recipe calls for Roma tomatoes. I don't do Roma in my garden. I dip the seeds and pulp out of my tomato to get the texture I want. Take a peek.




It will all come together for tenderloin fajitas. I'll put it together after my martini.

I've always thought of Romas as cooking tomatoes and lacking flavor. Don't use them for sammies or salads, but that's just me.
