I call mine food chopper. I use it a lot. It's a B&D. I got it years ago for under $30. I threw all the top stuff away and just use the chopping blade. Tonight it's Pico de Gallo with a little added shortcut.. I'll dip half the salsa out and add an avacoda for a lumpy guacamole. Here you go. You classic recipe calls for Roma tomatoes. I don't do Roma in my garden. I dip the seeds and pulp out of my tomato to get the texture I want. Take a peek. It will all come together for tenderloin fajitas. I'll put it together after my martini.
Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

I've always thought of Romas as cooking tomatoes and lacking flavor. Don't use them for sammies or salads, but that's just me.
