Any people who will quarter a hog for me in Princeton, Texas or McKinney, Texas? i dont really trust myself to do it since i have never done it before but i suppose there's a first time for everything right?

Mikey I'm too far away to help. You are right that there is always a first for everything. YouTube how to do it. It isn't hard. Two things though, learn from any minor mistakes and get to it this morning.

I don't understand why you would want to quarter a hog. You have to saw all the way down the backbone to quarter one, Why not just strip out the tenders and the pork loin, leaving the hams and shoulders which includes the Boston butt?
