It's difficult to see what you did. I have a whole boneless turkey breast in brine waiting for thanksgiving. I could probably wrap that around a boneless duck breast, wrapped in a chicken. I'll do fine with the turkey.

Sorry about that bill here you go.





First I halfway deboned a turkey by only leaving the leg and wing bones in. Then I completely deboned the duck and the chicken. Seasoned each bird and put a layer of stuffing in between each.



After that I laid out pork caul fat and wrapped the turkey in it so it would stay together. Also to give it more flavor.
