My wife cooked a great meal this evening so I thought I would share the recipe About 1 to 2 pounds of backstap cut into bite sized cubes cooked in a skillet with some oil and chopped fresh garlic, seasoned the venison with some garlic powder, seasoned salt, and some pepper cooked over med to high heat 5 min
In another skillet cook a frozen bag of stir fry vegetables we added some chopped garlic to the oil on it also
After both were cooked she then added the venison to the vegetables we added some soy sauce and a little maple syrup to the meat and vegetables and cooked on med to high heat for about 5 min then added a little more soy sauce and syrup then lowered heat and cooked for like 15 min
Served over white rice Venison stir fry good stuff.

Gun's don't kill people. The Government does.
I killed eight gophers last year and a purebred Tennessee walking horse that was looking at me funny.
