Just got notified that my TT, which i took in for a part replacement didn’t actually get the new part. Go figure. I WILL discuss this issue with the service manager. But the good news is that the wife and i can make a Costco run and also eat at 407BBQ. Yes, it’s out of the way. Who cares. They are open on Monday, aren’t they?

Planning on picking some up this weekend. I just need to know what all he can vac seal and chill to bring back south. Would like to meet up with Skinner to deliver some.

erather, when are you coming and what do you need chilled? It would be best if we sliced it the day before to chill, or if you have an ice chest we can vac seal and you can keep it iced down. I have few styrofoam shipping boxes, and happy to send you off with one of them w/ice.

wife and I stopped by on our way up to Oklahoma last Friday. Brisket was moist and fall apart tender, great flavor. Sausage great flavor but casings were a bit tough. Wife had the rib plate and didn't even add sauce, which speaks volumes!!! Sides were all very good too! Apple cobbler was very tasty too (other than the part I dropped on my shirt & shorts) Nice to meet you Brian, will be back anytime up in that area
