I have had him for a week now and he never barks. He looks really happy and he is eating good but he is so quiet. very playful. I have already trained him to bring me the bumper an place it in my hand for a treat. and he almost has "Sit" down pact other then being a normal pup he does not talk.
I'm a terrible shot but I follow up with a grenade!

Count your blessings. I had one once that I didn't think could bark until she was almost a year old. Have not had one since.

Maybe everything has been pretty good for him up to this point and he hasn't had to.

Maybe he's got nothing to say. Try not feeding him at his regular time, I bet he has something to say.  Good for you! I hope you and Ted have many great years ahead of you.
