Try Strong Dog Kennels.

Cause I've had friends send there dogs to trainers that have used shock collars and those does were not right after that .... You would go to touch the dog around its head / neck or put a regular collar on them and the dogs were scared and a mess

I personally have never had that problem after gettin my dog back from a trainer. I have never seen a dog that a trainer has messed up either. I guess they did not check up on the dogs during the training process.

This is not an e-collar issue...it's a trainer issue

My springer works with an E-Collar on and he has never had a problem! Only reason for a e-collar is he will retrieve the bumper every time and can't have that while working with other dogs.
