Looking for a Callahan County year-round lease for two 70+ year old hunters. Experienced, responsible, safety-oriented, and respectful of property. No parties, no booze, no drama; just eat, sleep, hunt. Approx 200 to 400 acres, depending on terrain and cover. Need electricity on or near the property. Forgot to mention what kind of game we're looking for. Primarily deer, hogs and turkey, in that order. Dove, duck or fishing would be a plus.
