I'm building a ranch house in the Junction area and was looking for recommendations on a builder. I have already met with Buzz Hull Construction - I would like to get another couple of bids before I make a decision. Thanks in advance!

I met with Hill Country Classics last fall and didn't have a great experience. I called them on the phone and asked for a price on a specific floor plan they had on-line. I told them over the phone the location and other details. I went to visit in person and was told the home was actually going to be $35,000 more than they told me over the phone - $15,000 was for a 'disposal fee' because of the remote location. They knew the location over the phone???? Anyway, that experience kinda turned me off.
