I have a lease in Childress, Tx. This lease is on 4000 acres with five guns total so each hunter has about 900 acres to himself. There are 2 brand new feeders , one for protein and one for corn, along with two brand new cameras that I will leave for this year. I am having to give up my spot because of family health issues. This will be a permanent lease. You are entitled to your regular hunting tags, there are some Mule deer also. No bird hunting is allowed, but all other hunting is. The price is $3000 for this gun.
