Hey everyone, a few buddies of mine and myself just graduated college. Up until now we have mainly been hunting on ranches and leases our parents use. We are now looking to find a lease of our own that we can use as a group. We are looking for a place near the Dallas/Fort Worth area ideally within two hours, something more long term (we plan on doing a lot of work to fix the place up and would like to keep it for an extended period of time), as well as a lease that allows use throughout the entire year to allow us to do so. If anyone has an idea of a place or an idea of a direction to point us it would be greatly appreciated.

Happy hunting!

I am looking to pay more per man not towards gun. It really depends on how the lease is structured and whether a long term deal can be made. Did you have something in mind?
