I have hunted a place around Blackwell several times that I am thinking about leasing. It consist of 1200 acres with two fields. 100+- field in wheat and 200+- usally in hay but sometmes in wheat. It has a spot with water and elecrtric and room for a few campers. Place has decent to good deer, pigs, lots of turkey, dove, and quail. Even has a heard of 6-8 Fallows with a few bucks in it that just showed up. I'm wondering how many members and price to charge. I am thinking 4 members at $1500 each. Ya'll let me know what ya think if I'm on the mark or high/low. Thanks

Haha.....the neighbors will love you! Thirty tags burning a hole in 6 guys pockets. I let go of 1600 acres (2 hunters) in that area for $1K per person. The neighbors figured out that they could implement "management" practices with too many hunters......guess how that works out!
Stick with as few hunters as possible and strict rules.

it all depends on the rules put in place to begin with and the caliber of management minded hunters ...

Sorry I have been offline for a few days due to work. As it stands lesterdaybigbuck has the three spots we are putting on with one more group in line behind them. I should know particulars next week for sure. Land owner is in Alaska on vacation. I will post and confirm as soon as I know. Thanks all for the interest and sorry for the slow responding.
