Unfortunately, due to the continued downturn in the oil and gas industry, we have lost a few of our recurring memberships just recently and have a few spots available. This is a first class operation on 60,000 acres of the El Sauz Ranch just outside of Port Mansfield, Tx. Fully staffed lodge with great facilities is absolutely wonderful for entertaining large numbers of customers throughout the year or even just using this as a way to enjoy with extended friends and family. We can accommodate anyone's needs and prices range anywhere from $25K-$50K, depending what you are wanting to accomplish. The price is extremely reasonable when all of the available options and amenities are considered. We offer guided and unguided whitetail, Nilgai, quail, dove, duck, hogs, javelina, turkey and have wonderful access to fishing opportunities. Plenty of references available upon request.
