Spring Turkey season lease available. Aproximately halfway between San antonio and Corpus Christi - 20 miles NE of Three Rivers - 12 miles SW of Kenedy.
240 acres need two hunters...no guests, but family friendly - kids and spouse can hunt on lease holders tags. Healthy population of Rio turkeys and plenty of hogs. No lodging on site, but water and electric are available. I am the owner.
$750 per hunter

Is the lease exclusive to the two hunters for the Spring Turkey Season and for the whole season of the Spring?
Is there any roosts and water on the property?
