I am looking for a lease somewhere in the young, jack, throckmorton area for my family. Looking for something private for my family not some 3500 acre hunting ranch, something around 200-300 acre.

Not that you don't but expect to pay some top $$$ in those close-in counties to the metromess. I'm out in SW Young county and going rate out that way is about $15-$25 per acre.

I know its crazy how much its gone up in that area. I hunted in that area back in the early and mid 2000s and had a few different leases all between $8-$10/acre.
