 Looking for Lease between Waco and Lufkin....

I'm looking for 500-2,000 acres anywhere between Waco and Lufkin. Franklin, Iola, Anderson, Crockett, Midway, and any points in between. This will be for a corporate group that would like year round access, high fence or low fence all will be considered. Lodging would be a plus, but not necessary same with river bottom access. Best bet will be one of the former Brushy Creek WMU properties. No clue on contact info after it all got split up. Ask around on the net and see if someone has any recent info on it. I know Piney Ridge is one property, there's Kickapoo and Crumplehorn along with Brushy Creek as ranch/tract names, but there are a lot more that I don't know the names of now.
