697 acres for lease south of Fredericksburg. On the Pedernales river. Nice newer single wide trailer fully furnished on ranch. Walk in cooler, and 4 fiberglass blinds and lamco feeders. Has lots of Axis,Turkey,Whitetail, and approx 15-20/black buck does and lots of small males. 20k a year for lease wants a group of 4 families to lease it. No more than four families... There is cattle on ranch and it is a year round lease.

All the axis you want to shoot is allowed. Blackbuck are fair game, however if you shoot them your also shooting yourself in the foot.... There is a herd of BB on ranch but no mature shooters..

Its leased. Thanks guys. I called a guy last night and he just text me said checks in the mail. If it doesn't show up it will back for lease. Thanks
