Buddy of mine is moving to Houston next month and is looking for lease (he isn't on the forum). He is looking for anything within 3 hours of Houston. If you have something please pm with detail. Also, interested in knowing what the going rates for leases are in the area(any and all types of leases). Any info would help.

He is interested in Deer/Hog/Ducks/Exotics....any or combination thereof

He's going to be hard pressed to find a lease within 3 hours of Houston that has exotics, unless it is a high fence operation. The price is going vary from $600.00 to at least $3000.00 depending on what direction he decides to go from Houston. I know of a paper company lease, NW of Cleveland that is $600.00 a year per hunter or $1000.00 for entire family.
