its one property of 13700 split 7150 and 6550 acres. Plenty of room to put several hunters. Camping areas are available to park your RV. The lease will run from AUGUST 1st to July 31st each year. Good pipe gates surrounding the whole property. Good deer, turkey and hogs. Lots of predator hunting, Possibly bear in the area to hunt. This property is available for long term leasing. Be a good corporate lease also. Not far from town about 30 min. Lease is split or you can have it all. Lots of water year around running through the area, hard woods, pines really great cover, There has been I believe 8 state records come from this county.

they probably are about the same as far as travelable roads, there are good pipe gates on the entrance to the property
