Looking for year round access to 12-20 acres. Willing to pay annual taxes, plus 15%. Max. 3 hunters.
We all have kids ranging from 4-15 that we want a safe place to hunt and spend time in woods with our family. No drinkers or trouble makers in our group. Numerous personal references if you want and of course you can meet us prior to committing. We are all responsible, respectful 40+ age group.

What 4-6 acres per man isn't enough room to hunt? If you could ag exempt a property that small you might be looking at 15$ a year for the place.....

How could you call hunting 3 hunters on 22 acres safe?

Everyone should be able to see each other while rifle hunting, maybe that will make it safe?

They're all going to sit in the same blind?

In the end, it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years.

Might be my neighbor in Coryell County. Have one with a triangle shaped 12 acres that has 3 hunters. We own 2 of the sides and the 3rd is a county road. Planning a high fence for the sides we border him.
