Howdy all. Well unfortunately myself and a partner are getting off our lease. So again I am in the hunt for a lease preferably as far east at Sweetwater into Bronte, San Angelo etc.
I would consider the Trans Pecos area as well down into Ft Stockton etc. Have not given much thought to north. Basically wanting to stay within a couple of hours of Midland so I don't have that much driving time. Would love year round with varmints, hogs etc.
Housing would be nice, water etc. I am NOT opposed to listening to the right deal though if we can saddle up. Please PM me and it goes to my email addy so I will for sure get it as I am not here on much and I promise I will respond ASAP.
Price???..................depends on what your offering. I would like for it to stay under 2 Gs preferably. If higher I would expect a little more.
