I have 2 openings on a lease near Mt Pleasant. I am looking for two hunters to join together, as you would share a pasture. It is year round, has elec, but not water. There is a metal building for a camp house, and elec hookups for a trailer. The main game is deer, hogs, and squirrel. There is not enough water for fishing. All current members harvested a deer last season. I am offering the hunting rights from now until August 31st for $500.00/gun. When the lease renews on Sept 1st, it is $1000.00/gun. Update - One of the Guys from this forum is going to view the lease Thursday. I have made a waiting list based on the order I received the PM's. If these fall through, I will update this post. Thanks for all of the interest.
