I've heard in Childress you need like a gun per 600-1000 acres. Seems like guy wants too many hunters. Use diehardoutfitter on here. He's a straight shooter

Was going to go look at some of his property this weekend. Is it not worth my time? Already talk to diehardoutfitter and he doesn't have anything else for lease. He leased his last property last weekend.
