I have 500 acres available for a lease starting 2016 Season. Lease is located in Northwest Montague county on the Red River. We have 1/2 mile of River frontage. Lots of Pecan and Mesquite throughout. I live on the place so if you are looking for a place to drink and shoot up this is not the lease for you. Goal is a management minded group of serious hunters. There is currently one guy already on board that does not hunt, just camps. We have a primitive campsite with no electricity or water. We are asking $2,500 a gun & 4-5 hunters in your group. I apologize if I have not got back to everyone on this yet, I have tons of messages and calls. Please make sure if you hit me up you have a group of 4 minimum, and are willing to pay $2,500 a gun, It will not go for less. You must also be management minded. We have a few showings set up and will try to set up a few more as time allows.
